Variance in the terms of an offer letter and MOL contract
Good day,
I joined a company and the offer letter that I signed with them was stating that I have to achieve the target for getting my full salary.
But in the MOL contract, I signed that was not there and I had hoped to receive my salary always.
And now I am getting the salary sometimes only when I achieve that target in the offer letter signed with the company.
Thanks

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Thank you for getting in touch with me on this.
Please note that the Ministry of Labour contract will always supersede the internal offer letter.
You are entitled to full salary as mentioned in the labour contract and if you are not getting the same, then you can file a labour complaint about such a shortfall.
Assuming you completed your probation period, then you are entitled to three months salary towards additional compensation for such shortfall of salary.
I trust you will find this helpful.
