Claiming unpaid salaries upon termination of a limited labour contract

I work for a company that pays only on a commission basis. I signed a Labour contract for two years with them, where I didn't receive any salary.

I also signed an internal contract that states they hire me as an Agent and on a commission basis only. Now, they have terminated my employment after two years.

I would like to know, am I entitled to claim my salary before I sign the cancellation documents, provided I remained unpaid up to date.

Thank you and look forward to receiving your reply at your earliest convenience.

Yes, you are entitled to your salary mentioned in the Labour contract duly registered with MOHRE.

Any other agreement not registered with MOHRE is not valid. However, you will be entitled to labour dues for one year only.
