Please note that few of the reasons for which a person can be banned is when a person stays beyond the permitted period, commits a crime, the employer puts an absconding case...etc.

If you feel there might be some ban or apprehend detention, then I would advise you to get an immigration check conducted which will clearly show if your travel into the UAE is barred or not.
