Immigration ban for leaving the UAE without proper visa cancellation

Sir,

I have worked in the UAE for 6 months (Aug' 2006 to Dec' 2006) and due to my family problem, I didn't cancel my residence visa (Sharjah Saif Zone). The immigration department has imposed a ban on me.

I have got the NOC from my ex-employer in the UAE for the same. Kindly help me to know how to remove my immigration ban.

Regards,

Dear Kanwaljeet Singh,

Can you please tell me on what basis has the Immigration Department imposed a ban on you?

Are you in the UAE or outside the UAE currently?

Upon receiving full information we can help you make an appropriate application to the Immigration department for lifting the ban.

We have done this in numerous cases and would be happy to assist you.

You can forward me further details via WhatsApp on 052-9495731 or call me for a free consultation.

Sir,

I have inquired the matter with the ex-company (WS Atkins) PRO who has visited the immigration office and he has informed to me that due to the non-cancellation of my residence visa, the immigration department has imposed ban to me.

I have got the NOC from WS Atkins also to remove my visa block on their letter.

I am presently in India.

Sir,

In your case, the employer will have to approach the immigration and cancel your visa. In such a case only the immigration ban will be lifted.

It's better if your ex-employer takes it up with the immigration.
