Issuing a legal notice against your opponent does not ensure a favourable outcome or complete eradication of any disputes between you and the opposite party. This is just an effort to inform the other party about your lawful rights and warn them about the legal consequences involved.
For most people, this service covers the entire process of getting a professionally drafted legal notice served to their opponent.
