س: لدي سؤال حول تذكرة العودة إلى الوطن وتكاليفها.
وفقا لقانون العمل، يحق للموظف الحصول على تذكرة طيران. لكن شركتنا وضعت فقرة أخرى وهي أنني لن أحصل على هذه الميزة إلا إذا غادرت البلاد.
هل يمكن إنفاذ ذلك؟

ملاحظة: يرجى ملاحظة أنك لن تكون مؤهلاً للحصول على مزايا الشحن إلى الوطن، إذا قمت بنقل تأشيرة العمل الخاصة بك أو إذا قمت بتغيير الوظيفة في دولة الإمارات أو واصلت الإقامة في الدولة بعد إلغاء تأشيرة العمل الخاصة بك. يتعين عليك الحصول على الموافقة على العودة إلى الوطن والاستفادة منها خلال ثلاثة (3) أشهر من تاريخ آخر العمل.

ستتم إضافة قيمة تذاكر العودة إلى الوطن والتي تبلغ 50% من تذكرة الطيران السنوية الخاصة بك إلى دفعة التسوية النهائية الخاصة بك وفقًا للسياسة المتبعة.
ملحوظة: يرجى ملاحظة أنك لن تكون مؤهلاً للحصول على مزايا العودة إلى الوطن، إذا قمت بنقل تأشيرة العمل الخاصة بك أو إذا قمت بتغيير الوظيفة في دولة الإمارات أو واصلت الإقامة في الدولة بعد إلغاء تأشيرة العمل الخاصة بك.

س: يرجى الإفادة بشأن ما إذا كانت الشركة (مقرها دبي) ملزمة بدفع تكلفة تذكرة طيران لعودة الموظف إلى بلده عند الاستقالة.
إنه عقد محدود المدة، وقد انقضت فترة الإشعار، لكن الموظف لم يُكمل العقد (عمل لمدة 11 شهرًا و20 يومًا فقط).

Do I have to pay a penalty if terminated after completing my contract period?
Sir,
As per my contract period, they mentioned that if I leave the company before 1 year, I have to pay 5000 dirhams. But I have already completed more than 1 year and 3 months.
The company has given me a warning letter saying my work performance is low, and if I continue like this, they will terminate me. They didn't mention any charges, but they mentioned in the letter a top penalty procedure.
So I need to know whether I have to pay them any charges or not.

Can I be convicted of driving under the influence even if the alcohol test came back negative?
Hello,
I was driving my car when the police stopped me at one point on the road and told me that I was driving under the influence of alcohol.
I tried hard to deny that because I had not actually consumed any alcoholic beverages that day or in the previous three days.
However, a report was filed and a case was opened, but the alcohol test report came back negative. Will I be convicted despite that?
