فيما يتعلق بتأشيرة الإقامة الذهبية، تقدمت بطلب وحصلت على الموافقة.
سؤالي هو، بدون إلغاء عقد العمل من الشركة الحالية، هل يمكنني إلغاء تأشيرتي الحالية؟
هل هناك خيار لإلغاء التأشيرة دون عقد العمل؟

حساب تاريخ انتهاء العمل وفق القانون والعقد
س: طب يومك سيدي / سيدتي،
أريد أن أسأل لأن تاريخ انضمامي إلى شركتي كان في 26 يونيو 2015 ولكنهم قاموا بطبع تأشيرتي في 9 أغسطس 2015.
لقد تحققت من "وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين" (تطبيق حكومي) أن نهاية العقد الثاني ستكون في 24 يونيو 2019، ولكن أخبرني أصدقائي أنها ستكون وفقًا لتاريخ هوية إمارات في 9 أغسطس 2019.
يرجى التوضيح لي ما هو آخر تاريخ لي في العمل. أقدر ردك.

كيف يمكن تمديد مدة التأشيرة عند الإنهاء في حالة رفض صاحب العمل؟
س: لقد تم إنهاء خدمتي بينما أعمل بموجب عقد عمل غير محدد المدة لدى إحدى الشركات التابعة لسوق أبو ظبي العالمي. ستدفع لي الشركة مقابل فترة إشعار مدتها ثلاثة أشهر وفقًا للعقد الخاص بي ولم تمنحني خيار العمل خلال فترة الإشعار.
إنهم يريدون إلغاء تأشيرة العمل والإقامة الخاصة بي في تاريخ الإنهاء وليس بحلول تاريخ انتهاء فترة الإشعار، حيث سيكون آخر يوم عمل لي هو تاريخ الإنهاء.
أريد أن تظل تأشيرتي سارية حتى تاريخ انتهاء فترة الإشعار على الأقل ولكنني لست متأكدًا من القانون المتعلق بذلك.

Can employer force me to work after contract ends if the visa is still valid?
Q: Greetings,
My labor contract expires on August 22, 2023. I submitted a notice of non-renewal on August 7.
However, my boss said that I need to continue going to work because my Emirates ID indicates that my visa expires on October 12.
She threatened to take me to court if I do not comply. Which one should I follow?

Despite contract end, employer demands work till labor card expires
Q: Hi, good day!
The contract I signed in the Philippines on February 9, 2022, was set to expire by February 9, 2024. I decided not to renew it and discussed this personally with my employer, who agreed.
However, she now informs me that I still need to work until March 23, 2024, as the labor card expires on that day. I entered the UAE on March 23, 2022, and the contract was signed while I was still in the Philippines.
Despite this, I have already decided not to continue working for personal reasons.
Could someone please explain what my options are?
