Resignation for the non-payment of salary and absconding counterclaim
Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing this question because my employer has put absconding complaint upon us, We are not getting the salary for the last six (6) months.
I have sent an email for resignation, and after completing the duration my manager called and said we have accepted your resignation.
After this, the company owner has put an absconding case.
Please advise us, what will I do?

I understand your situation, but you have to take immediate action against this company.
Also, you have the right to claim from this company more than this 6 months.
I need to see your contract to advise you how much you can claim them. Also, please mention the joining date and resignation date.
Please send me by email a copy of your contract, resignation letter, and a copy of the case file which the company filed against you.
