20-minute advice session on family matters
Get legal advice about your personal affairs issue from an experienced lawyer by phone. Within a 20-minute phone call, the lawyer you hire will answer your questions and give you practical recommendations according to UAE laws (both for Muslims and Non-Muslims) on topics like:
- Marriage and divorce,
- Alimony/maintenance,
- Guardianship and custody of children,
- Inheritance and heirship,
- Last will registration,
- and other family matters related topics.
This service is right for you if you need expert advice and guidance on preventing or resolving family matters related issues in accordance with UAE laws.
What's included
- 20-minute phone call with an attorney. Answers and advice. The lawyer will suggest options for you, based on your situation and their experience helping other people with similar issues.
- Privacy. Everything you discuss with your lawyer is protected by attorney-client privilege.
What's not included
- Study or review of documents.
- Long distance telephone calls. If you are based outside the UAE then probably you will need to call the lawyer yourself, or agree on some other way of voice communication.
- Any additional advice or work by the attorney after the 20-minute advice session.
Most people get the answers they need regarding their personal affairs issues during the call, but you are welcome to talk to your lawyer about hiring them for extra work if needed.

The user experience is not amazing and could use some improvement. If it can be more obvious of the rating of lawyers/ areas of expertise and how quickly they would be available - this would improve using the platform.
