- Guarantee of results. Sometimes authorities do not disclose information regarding blacklisting for security reasons. Therefore outcomes of the check depend on your situation and cannot be guaranteed.
- Power of Attorney. In some cases to make the required check, the lawyer will need a Power of Attorney from you. If so, the attorney will immediately let you know and advise you on how to issue it. All related expenses, in this case, will be on you and shall be settled separately.
- Additional work. Any services of the lawyer beyond conducting the above-described check will require a separate agreement.
