Repercussions on the employee for terminating a limited employment contract

Q: Hi, I am working in a company in DMCC with a limited contract. I am in my probation period right now and I would like to leave the company because of the toxic work environment. I am ready to give 30 days notice period. This is my 3rd company in the UAE and this is the first time I want to leave in my probation period. Is there anything more I need to do other than the notice period? Should I pay any money? Would be there any ban? What would be the other procedures?

Q: Hi all, I Have a problem. I talked with HR today as I want to resign. He told me that I need to pay all allowances back to the company (home allowance etc.)! When I checked my contract, I saw that it is mentioned that I should pay if I leave the company, but this is just the contract I signed online from a website. I`ve also signed another contract with my wet sign (which is Arabic written also and sent to the government, I think) before signing another one, In that contract, nothing is mentioned like that. Q: Hi, My car was hit by another party who was under the influence of alcohol. The incident happened in Sharjah where my car was in paid parking and the other party drove the car to the parking and hit my car. Now, this has been taken to the court. Q: I am working now as a Data Entry Clerk/Medical Transcriptionist in Dubai in a free zone company for more than 2 years under an unlimited contract. I finished the contract of 2 years (limited contract) and renewed for another year in which it became unlimited. I sent my resignation in July 2019 with a notice period of 1 month, but my employer rejected it. On 24 October 2019, I sent my resignation again, and he rejected it again saying that he did not receive the letter and accidentally saw it when he came, as he is out of the country. I am sending my resignation through email as my employer is not usually coming to the office and it is impossible for him not to receive it as my second resignation was twice and the PRO confirmed that he received it as I put him in CC. What should I do? And how can I respond to my employer?

Rights of an employee for withdrawing a job offer after starting

Q: I had signed a job offer letter (internal contract) from one employer in Abu Dhabi on 8 Oct 2019 and I joined the same day. On 24 Oct 2019, I got a telephone call from the employer saying that they had terminated me without proper reason. When I am asking for my due salary, they are not responding.
