Q: Dear sir/madam, I want to start doing affiliate marketing where I will run YouTube ads. Interested users can then land on my website to enter their names and email address. I can then do email marketing. I also plan to use Pinterest to help build my list. I am not paid to advertise or share content, I only get paid if people make a purchase through my link. 1. Loan settlement with the bank in the UAE to stop harassment by collection agency
Q: Hi I am from India and I left the UAE in 2020 with a personal loan outstanding of 300k due to my job issues, I am in the UK currently for the past 2 years. The bank has received my end-of-service benefits and holds them. Now they are threatening me via a collection agency from India to go against my parents who have nothing to do with this loan. They are calling them by phone and messaging to threaten me from time to time. I have complained to my bank about this bullying from this collection agency but no action is taken from the bank. I am currently paying the minimum amount to the bank in the UAE towards my personal loan. I like to know what action can the UAE bank take against me in the UK and in India against me and my parents. What is the legal right the collection agency in India has to act against me and my parents? If I can`t pay my personal loan due to my financial situation, what will the consequences be? I resigned during probation and the employer holds passport and cancellation
Q: I worked my 6 months probation and after a few months got an offer. I gave my resignation letter which my boss signed as "not accepted". I asked and they told me it was illegal. I stopped working on my resignation date, but they sent intimidating messages that they are going to put absconding on my visa. They won`t release my passport, they won`t pay me or cancel my visa, and I have to pay visa costs. What should I do, because they told me they have bigger lawyers I can`t win them. Can the bank file a case for delay in paying one EMI of my personal loan?
Q: I am G. M. T. and I am holding a personal loan with a bank. My amount to be paid is nearly 50000 dirhams and my monthly EMI is 3060. I am facing irregularities in my salary and I manage somehow to pay my bank EMI on time by end of the month. Now this month (April 2022) EMI I failed to pay by the 5th and I am asking for time till Friday before the EID holidays but the bank is threatening me that they will file a case if I won’t pay it by today. Can the landlord file a complaint against me for delay in paying rent without EJARI?
Q: Hi! I have been living in a rented house which I haven`t signed an agreement with for almost three months. But due to some issues with my work, I had to hand over my resignation and now I am waiting for the payment from my work to pay the rent which is due on the 3rd of the month.
