But when we went to the bank (the bank is managing the building where the restaurant shop is) to transfer the tenancy contract and get the Tawtheeq, the bank said there is an issue in the building and they cannot issue Tawtheeq. Without Tawtheeq, I cannot renew the trade license and complete the transfer of the shop tenancy contract.
