Is it possible to close the main office of a company and keep the branch?
Q: Hello. We have 2 tourism LLC companies registered in Dubai, UAE. Nr. 1 is registered as the main office on the trade license and Nr. 2 is registered as a branch office on the trade license. We want to close the main office and shift the main office to Nr. 2 which is currently the branch office. We have been told that it`s not possible since the trade licenses can`t supersede each other. Does any lawyer know a way to shift these offices without facing any financial and legal trouble?

Can I transit in the GCC countries if I have an unpaid loan and credit card in the UAE?
Q: I left Dubai and came back to the UK following the loss of my Mom. I then did not return to the UAE as my company terminated my contract (did not cancel my visa). However, I had a loan and a credit card which as yet I have not been able to repay. Despite contact with the bank, no agreement has been reached, and no claim has been made against me to the court. Can I transit through any other GCC country if I have unpaid debts in the UAE? Thanks

How long before the contract expiry should I inform my employer of non-renewal?
Q: Hello Sir, I am working in the airport as a manager. I did my contract renewal on 28 Jan 2020, which is valid for 3 years. In my contract, it says I need to inform the employer 90 days before about not renewing the contract. My contract letter is expiring on 27 Jan 23, I informed my higher authorities on 16 Dec 22 that I am not continuing my services after my contract period end. What can a cheque signatory of company expect if a cheque he issued has bounced?
Q: Dear Respected, I have a travel ban on me and a case raised in Dubai Courts against the company. The reason is the company owner asked me to sign a cheque to a service provider and the cheque bounced. I`m not a shareholder in the license. I`m not a partner in the license or elsewhere. I`m not a manager in the license or elsewhere. I only hold a POA from the owner to assist him in opening a bank account while he was abroad and be the authorized signatory in the bank. Can I ask for refund of booking amount if the agent changed the rent amount?
Q: Hi Sir, I am R.K.B. I got in contact with a real estate agent and he showed me a room in a building and asked for 1000 Dhs as a booking amount.
