تأخير المقاول تسليم العقارات المتفق عليها لأكثر من 6 أشهر
س: هنالك عقد مكتوب بخط اليد بيني وبين مقاول بناء وعليه شهود اثنان وينص العقد على أن يبني لي المقاول ثلاثة بيوت مستقلة على أن أدفع مبلغ 15000 دينار وأقسط الباقي 300 دينار شهريًا وأن يتم تسليم مفتاح في مدة أقصاها 8 أشهر. تجاوز المقاول المدة لغاية الآن بـ6 أشهر وقد يحتاج إلى 3 أشهر أخرى حسب قوله. هل يجوز لي المطالبة بالغرامة أو التعويض عن التأخير؟ وماذا يعني تسليم مفتاح؟ وهل يترتب عليه كل شيء يلزم البيت ليكون جاهزًا للسكن؟ هل يترتب عليه عمل صبة حماية حول البناء؟ علمًا بأن الأرض زراعية. شكرًا لك أستاذي الكريم! س: السلام عليكم، أعمل محاسبة في شركة خاصة منذ تاريخ ٨/٢٠٢٠ ومشتركة بالضمان بدون عقد. دوامي يومي من السبت للأحد. الموضوع أني حامل بالشهر الرابع وكنت في إجازة مرضية للكشف على الجنين وأُبلغت بنفس اليوم أن المدير طلب إنهاء خدماتي خلال ٢١ يومًا من تاريخه. سؤالي: هل يُعتبَر إنهاء خدماتي طردًا تعسفيًا؟ Questions & Answers

رفع دعوى جريمة احتيال وتزوير ضد أخت مقيمة في فلسطين
