How can I check if banks filed cases against me before settling with them?
Q: Hi! I have been planning to visit the UAE this month; however, I am worried that a civil case may have been filed against me, resulting in a travel ban. I haven`t been paying my personal loan and two credit cards for almost a year now. How to extend the MOU while unable to log in to the broker application due to system issues?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I am a registered broker, and due to some system issues, I`m unable to log in to my broker application. I kept calling the land department, but nobody responded in time. This is why I couldn`t extend the MOU, and it expires on Sunday. Will it still be valid on the next working day for transfer if both parties mutually agree?
