Q: Dear Lawyers, I filed a case against my tenant after issuing a 12-month eviction notice. The lawyer I hired to handle the case did not pay attention to what I told him, causing me to lose the case. I informed him that the reason for the eviction was to move in, but he filed the case stating the reason was to sell. Since there were no supporting documents, I lost the case. If I appeal, what documents will be necessary? Can I file another case using the eviction reason of moving in?

Q: We are a UK-based company that paid for a UAE agency to complete a photoshoot for us. Some time passed as we were struggling to schedule a shoot in our schedule. Q: I am reposting the question as maybe I was not clear the first time. I am a tenant in an apartment in Dubai. I stayed in the apartment for a long time. I received a valid 12-month notice from the landlord to vacate the property because they want to sell it. However, 9 months have passed since and the landlord has shown no intention of selling. I asked them about it and they said they intend to renovate it first before selling it. As I do not want to move out, can I dispute this at the RDC in any way? Will I be arrested in my country if I paid the first installment for a bank loan settlement in the UAE then stopped?
Q: Hello Legal Advice, I had a loan amount of AED 240K and after paying some installments, the amount came down to AED 170K. I got laid off from my job in the UAE due to company acquisitions, and now I am jobless in India.
