Judgment in our favor: Who should we pay—landlord or court?
Q: Hi, I have had a rental dispute with my landlord about a rent increase. We submitted an offer and deposit, which was approved, but the landlord ignored it and filed a case for eviction, claiming we hadn`t paid rent or communicated. Q: Dear Lawyers, My wife is the owner of a villa in Dubai, and in September 2023, she issued an eviction notice to the tenant on the grounds of self-use.
