Criminal case for harassment and the way for proving innocence
Q: My brother is a porter. He is carrying water to homes. While he was going to the lift, there was a little girl and she is our elder brother`s daughter age. My brother touched her but not like an abuse. He loves children a lot, but that girl (10 years old) and her father told that my brother kissed her (but he did not kiss) and touched her likewise. Now he`s at the police staion. I need to know what kind of punishment he will get and how can we reduce that punishment. We would like if he can be deported to our country. Please help me.

How to know if a job offer is real or scam in the UAE
Q: Hi Madam, My name is K B. My wife attended an interview last Friday in an office in Business Bay, Dubai. She got selected and they said will release the offer letter on Sunday. Resignation under a limited contract and possibility of a labour ban
Q: Hi, Good Day! I would like to inquire regarding my case. I have a limited contract under MOL and I`m planning to resign before the end of my contract (remaining 4 months). I am worried if I resigned that my current employer will put a ban on me. New employment visa in case of a pending labour case
Q: Good day, I had a labour case for which the judgement has already been issued from the court of the first instance in my favour in Nov 2018. I have opened an execution file in mid of Feb 2019 & is currently under 15 days notification period. I have now got a new job offer & they want me to join at the earliest. 1) Can I cancel my labour card & residence visa since the judgement is already out so that the new employer can initiate the visa proceedings from the new company? 2) What documents would I need? 3) Will it affect my execution court case in any way since I have not received the EOSB till now & don`t want to lose it? 4) During cancellation, do I have to sign that I have received all my EOSB if in case my company PRO cancels it & would it affect the case? I have approached Tasheel/Amer & different people are giving different opinions & I am confused now. Can you please guide me? Thanks, K.K.

Termination during probation and non-payment of salaries
Q: Hello, My employer terminated me from the job without any notice. I was working there for the last 4 months as a Restaurant Manager. When I asked for my salary and my notice period salary they said they will give after 1 week. But when I followed up again, I found they put one complaint that some money is missing. They also threatened me that they will call the police and to forget all my money now. According to my contract, it says the employer has to pay one month notice period salary in case of termination. I made a complaint in MOHRE. One employee from the Labour called the company owner to pay me my final settlement. They said they will pay, but again after 2 weeks now, they are not paying me. Filing a case against the developer for cancellation of project
Q: I bought a property in a project and paid the full amount to the developer directly, not in the escrow account. The property was not complete as promised and it was cancelled by the Land Dept last year. We reached the Land Dept to make a complaint then we came to know it`s not registered under my name. Please help me to process it and get my money back. I made a complaint in Dubai Courts too but no update.
