Entitlement for air ticket upon termination of employment

Sir

My unlimited employment contract is with a company in JAFZA with benefits on family status.

As the company intends to shut down and shift outside JAFZA, my services have been terminated.

Will I be entitled to an air ticket for the self & family? And will it be only a one-way ticket or it will be a return ticket?

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Thank you for reaching out to me on this.

As per the UAE Labour Law, only the terminated employee will be entitled to air ticket (one way to your home country).

If your internal contract mentions ticket for the family, then that will be applicable.
