س: السلام عليكم، صدر ضدي حكمًا غيابيًا في جنحة تبديد قائمة منقولات زوجية. مرت ٣ سنوات من تاريخ الحكم بدون معارضة أو سفر خارج البلاد. صدر حكم بانقضاء الدعوى بمرور المدة واستخرجت شهادة تفيد ذلك. السؤال: هل ظهور هذا الحكم في الاستعلام الأمني بغرض الوظيفة يعوق التوظيف أم لا؟

They have already canceled my visa but when I asked about my gratuity payment and pending salaries, my manager told me that I can get it within a month or two and that if I still didn`t receive it, just told me that they will contact me if ever the cheque is ready. My question is: Do I still have a chance to get my entitlement such as a guarantee of receiving my gratuity, and pending salaries despite my visa being already canceled? How to convert a criminal judgment of forging the attestation stamp of a document?
