Can the bank file a case against me in my country after leaving the UAE?

How to remove a rent case against me due to a cheque forged on my name?
Q: Back in 2017, I opened a bank account. Somehow the person I previously worked with got his hands on one of my cheques and used it to pay for rent where he lived. I had no idea. I went back to my country around 2019. I never signed the cheque he forged my signature and I had no name in the Ejari or tenancy contract. Still, the Dubai Land Department accepted the case. I came back to the UAE on a visit visa just a month ago in 2022 October. They stopped me at the airport and said I have an RDC case registered. The case was closed 2 times since then but every year they activate it and the total amount I have to pay is 23,300. Can you please advise me on what I should do? I also put in an e-request on the RDC site to close the case permanently but the judge refused it. Please advise me on what I should do and if this means I have a travel ban.

How can you remove the absconding case if the employer is not responsive?
Q: One of my friends has an absconding case. We seek a lot of PRO, however, their advice is only that she should contact the previous employer to cancel or remove the case because he is the only person who can remove the case. How can I convince the bank of my request to pay the loan interest in instalments?
Q: I did not pay my loan for more than six months due to Corona in Dubai and job loss. Meanwhile, the bank put against me a civil case, a criminal case, and a travel ban. After I got a job, I negotiated with the bank and paid a lump sum, and revised the loan into two parts (one without interest and one balance as per schedule). As of date, I paid the loan without interest money. I requested the bank to lift the travel ban (criminal case solved) and I am ready to continue the EMI, but the bank is not. How to resolve this? I need to travel to see my sick parents.

Can the husband claim the custody of the child if the mother does not speak Arabic?
Q: I filed for the custody of my 8-year-old child and the judge ruled in my favor. However, my ex appealed. His reason is I don`t speak Arabic but the Court did not ask me to attend hearings and only my lawyer was heard. He claims I don`t speak Arabic because I am Spanish. Basically by nationality because in reality I do speak some Arabic and he lied to the Appeal Court I don`t know at all. Is the Arabic Language a reason to transfer custody to the father if the mother is Muslim and qualifies as a custodian?

Termination of an employee with a false accusation of supporting another company
Q: Dear sir/madam, I was working for a private company for more than 10 years and I didn`t receive any warning letter but I received a termination letter on 14th Nov 2022 after I completed the annual vacation (approved leave from Nov 3 to 13th Nov 2022). The termination letter didn`t mention any resignation. It just mentioned that: "your employment has been terminated immediately". After that, I visited our office to discuss it but HR said: "you support another company that`s why we terminated you", but I informed him that I didn`t support any company and asked him to show me the proof but he ignored to discuss with me. After 10 days, there was no response from the company so I filed a complaint to MOHRE to get my leave salary and end of service. Now the case is forwarded to the court and the first trial date is 15th, Nov. Please advise! May the company refuse to pay? Thank you!Dec 13, 2022
