Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I resigned from my job with a 30-day notice because I can no longer work in an unhealthy environment. My mental health is being affected on a daily basis, so I had to resign. My employer is trying to penalize me for not staying on for 90 days. However, it is impossible for me to stay on for 90 days when I am severely unhappy and stressed out. Surely, my employer should take into consideration that I provided a 30-day notice and not penalize me. What should I do?

Q: What is the best way to recover money from a cryptocurrency exchange scam? The platform I`m using to trade cryptocurrency is based in Dubai and operated by Chinese people. I have invested 100k AED into it. When I wanted to withdraw money, the customer service said that I needed to pay IRS taxes on the profit amount. After paying IRS taxes to them, they are now saying the financial intelligence department found that my account is abnormal and suspected of money laundering due to recent frequent trades and excessive TXN volume. They want me to deposit 30% of my account amount (8k USD) within a week to prove that I didn`t launder money, or it will be frozen and they will report me to the FI dept. I don`t have money anymore to pay them and I think it`s just a scam. The platform recently had the system upgraded and changed; no license, no T&Cs, no physical address, no phone number. The landlord sent me eviction notice for personal use and it was rented for a higher price
Q: Hi, I was evicted by my landlord through a proper eviction notice of 12 months that was issued by a notary public. The notice stated that he intended to use the property for personal use. A few days before I left the apartment, the landlord passed away. I left the apartment and some months ago I saw there was someone else living at the property. I checked online and saw that the unit was never sold but rented at a much higher price. As the house is rented (not sold/ nor used for personal use), will this case have a chance in RDC? In a normal situation, I am 100% sure it would, but the fact that he died is my question. Is the person who inherited the apartment allowed to rent it to someone else? Or should have they stuck to the eviction notice intention and lived on the property? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks F.
