س: السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته أنا أدير شركة في الأردن ولدي موظف تعين منذ سنوات وهو مدرج في الضمان الاجتماعي وتم تجديد عقده السنوي عام 2016 وانتهى عقده في 2017 ولم يتجدد، ولكن ما زال لدي على رأس العمل. والآن أريد الاستغناء عن خدماته، فهل هناك طريقة في قانون العمل الأردني يمكن من خلالها الاستغناء عن خدمات هذا الموظف باعطائه إشعار مثلاً؟ أرجوكم ساعدوني لأني لم أجد في هذا الموضوع إجابة شافية.

س: السلام عليكم أنا مواطن فلسطيني ومؤخراً استطاع والدي الحصول من المحكمة الأردنية على شهادة وفاة لوالده تثبت أنه أردني الجنسية حيث كان يخدم في الجيش الأردني، و عند الاستفسار من الأحوال المدنية قالوا له أنه لا يستطيع الحصول على رقم وطني إذ أنه حصل على البطاقة الخضراء عام 1984، ولا يستفيد من حصلوا عليها قبل عام 1988. عند اطلاعي على القانون الأردني رقم (6) لسنة 1954 المتعلق بالجنسية الأردنية وجدت أنه يقول: المادة 3: يعتبر أردني الجنسية : ... 3- من ولد لأب متمتع بالجنسية الأردنية. المادة رقم 9: أولاد الأردني أردنيون أينما ولدوا. أعتقد أن هاتين المادتين تقفان الى صفنا. أرجو من حضرتكم الإيضاح هل بالإمكان حصول والدي على رقم وطني أم أنه لا يوجد هناك أمل؟ و شكرا لحضرتكمMar 15, 2018
