Bank cheque bounce case for credit cards and loan

Dear Sir,

I have credit cards and loan from different banks, almost 200k.

Suddenly, my company is not able to pay the salaries for 3 months and my minimum payments are getting late and receiving calls from banks. All banks have my cheques.

What will happen now if the banks present my cheques?

They can bank the cheques, and if they bounce, you will be wanted by police and can either pay a fine (depending on the amount) or go to jail.

Even after this, they can file a civil case against you. If they file a civil case eventually, you will be required to pay depending on the judgement.
