س: كنت أعمل بشركة قطاع خاص لمدة ٣ سنوات وقدمت استقالتي لوجود فرصة أخرى للسفر خارج مصر. وبعد قبول الاستقالة من طرف الشركة، حاولت العدول عن الاستقالة وجلست مع مدير الموارد البشرية لرغبتي فى العودة للعمل مرة أخرى فلم يوافق علي رجوعي مع أنني حسن السيرة والسلوك وبشهادة مديري. ترشحت لأكثر من فرصة أخرى داخل الشركة خلال ال ٣ سنوات وكان سبب رفضه أن هذا نظام الشركة وأوضح بأنني استغنيت عن الشركة وأوضح لي أن الذي يترك الشركة لا يعود إليها مرة أخرى. فهذا نظام الشركة. هل هذا ممكن أو أن كلامه غير صحيح؟

Q: What should I do if a case has been filed against me for a bounced cheque? The bank is not agreeing to give me any settlement. I am also about to lose my job.
