طرق معارضة الحكم بالغرامة في قضية مصنفات
س: أعمل طباخًا في مطعم. حضرت شرطة المصنفات في يوم ما ومضيت على محضر إبلاغ المدعي عليه، وهو صاحب المطعم. أخبرني الضباط بأن الموضوع يخص صاحب المطعم، ولا يوجد ضرر علي. بعد فترة تفاجئت بصدور حكم ب 5000 جنيه كغرامة بإسمي أنا، وعملت معارضة للحكم، وأخبرني المحامي بأنه تم التصديق في المعارضة على الحكم. ماذا أفعل لكي ألغي الغرامة؟

عدم أحقية الزوجة في الاعتراض على زواج زوجها من أخرى إن كان التقصير منها

The right to file divorce case for harassment by husband
Q: Salaam, I`m an Indian expatriate living and working in the UAE since June 2018. Got married on 5th September 2019 in Dubai under the Sharia law. My husband works in Dubai. I work in Ajman. We live in Ajman. My husband & his family have been harassing me for gold & money from the first day of marriage. He has been exploiting me physically, emotionally & financially. I have been paying for everything including rent & groceries & even sending monthly expenses to his family in India. His brother in law and sister have been harassing me to apply for a loan to give them the money. I have been used emotionally and physically for pleasure and financially to bear the expenses of his family through my salary. Today he packed up his stuff & left the house saying that we can`t live together anymore. I want to file a complaint against him & his family for physical & mental torture & for demanding gold & money. Please advise.

Resignation because of delaying salary and deducting visa costs in that case
Q: Dear Sir, I am working in an engineering company in the UAE. The company is not paying the salary in time; there is a delay of 2 months. My joining date is April 2019. I resigned and asked them to release me by 10th November by giving a notice of 21 days. (resigned in the 7th month). In my offer letter, it is written that if I resign within 1 year, I have to bear the visa and ticket costs. Since I am resigning due to a salary delay of 2 months, can I claim that I should not be deducted the amount of Visa and tickets? Kindly clarify!

Q: Hi, I am working in a company in DMCC with a limited contract. I am in my probation period right now and I would like to leave the company because of the toxic work environment. Asking an employee to pay all allowances back in case of resignation
Q: Hi all, I Have a problem. I talked with HR today as I want to resign. He told me that I need to pay all allowances back to the company (home allowance etc.)! When I checked my contract, I saw that it is mentioned that I should pay if I leave the company, but this is just the contract I signed online from a website. I`ve also signed another contract with my wet sign (which is Arabic written also and sent to the government, I think) before signing another one, In that contract, nothing is mentioned like that. Issuing a police letter of a car damage for the insurance company to repair it
Q: Hi, My car was hit by another party who was under the influence of alcohol. The incident happened in Sharjah where my car was in paid parking and the other party drove the car to the parking and hit my car. Now, this has been taken to the court.
