Q: Dear Mohammed Beakheet, Hope you are doing great. I`m employed in SAIF Free Zone on an unlimited contract for nearly 5 months with a salary of AED 20,000+. Now I have a job offer from a Dubai mainland company with a better salary. Can I resign from this company and take the new job without attracting any ban (MOL or employment ban)? Or I have to wait until I complete 6 months and then resign to avoid the ban?

Q: Dear Madam, How can I get my passport from my employer? My employer has filed a case against me for misappropriation of company money in Sharjah Police Station. When I went to my employer to claim for my passport to deposit in the police, he refused to give my passport and I deposited my wife`s passport and faced the inquiry officer and they released me. How can I get my passport from the employer and deposit the same with the police station so that my wife can get back her passport? My labour card and insurance card are already cancelled by my employer since last 2 months before filing the case against me. My legal status is still valid, as my immigration has not been cancelled yet and my family is under my sponsorship. Please advise. Regards

Q: Hi I am looking for a personal loan. My outstanding is AED 67000. I tried the banks but they rejected my application telling me my credit score is very low for the last 6 months. I am paying regularly but the score is the same now. I want to make one EMI. Please tell me what to do. Credit card 1: AED 46,000 (a monthly payment of AED 1400). The procedure of settling a criminal case to return to Dubai

Q: I have a police complaint filed against me. I`m out of the country. Somebody contracted me to process Europe Citizenship for him and his family. However, I left the country during the process and couldn`t return due to circumstances beyond my control. Now, I want to come back to Dubai to continue my business. I have tried everything possible to sort the issue out with the complainant but he is refusing to accept negotiations with me. Now, I want to come back to Dubai with his amount of AED 30.000 in hands. As I will be arrested at the airport, will I be discharged immediately if I pay the money to the police or I will serve a jail term? The case has not been transferred yet to the public prosecution.
