Liability for taking the payment of a customer after leaving company
I resigned from my finance job. After that, I picked up my customer EMI 2 months ago.
Can the finance company register any complaint on me?

Dear Questioner,
Thanks for contacting.
Once you resign and still with the company on notice period, you can receive the EMI as part of your job.
Otherwise, if you have already left the company, you are not entitled to receive the payment from the customers of the company and the company can file a criminal case against you.
