Can I ask my tenant to evict the property to have it for personal use?

Q: Hi, I have a property that is currently rented. The current contract will get expired on 31st January. Can I inform my tenant that I do not want to renew the contract because I want to have the property for personal use? Does the 12-month rule apply if I ask the tenant to evict after the expiry of the current contract renewal? Thanks in advance.

Q: Hi all, I worked for a semi-government company for 4 months (I passed the 3-month probation period successfully with outstanding exceptional performance). Is the buyer obliged to buy an off-plan property upon sign the booking form?

Q: Hello, We wanted to buy an off-plan property. Unfortunately, the CEO of the developer ran away for financial reasons and RERA took over. We only signed the booking form but none of our money has been taken. The SPA was also never signed. Can we just move on and look at other properties or can RERA ask us to pay the amounts if they decide to choose another developer to finish the project? Thank you for your help.

س: السلام عليكم، من فضلك لدي استفسار. صدر حكم نهائي من المحكمة بمستحقات عمالية لي منذ يوليو 2020 ومنذ ذلك الحين تقدمت بإجراءات التنفيذ ولكن لا يوجد أي تقدُّم ولم أتحصل على أي جزء من أموالي المستحقة. القاضية رفضت قرار الضبط والإحضار لمدير الشركة ورفضت أيضًا قرار منعه من السفر. مر أكثر من عام الآن والمستحقات مستحقة منذ 2017 وصاحب الشركة مستقر في دبي ولديه شركة أخرى. محكمة التنفيذ ترفض اتخاذ أي إجراءات لتحصيل أموالي. ما الذي يمكن عمله من إجراءات تنفيذ لتحصيل مستحقاتي.
