How to transfer the assets of my brother to his family in India after his death?
Q: My brother died in Sharjah due to a heart attack all of a sudden. His wife and 4-year-old daughter are in India. Now his employer is asking for a court order to issue the end-of-service benefit. I have a PoA from his wife (issued from India in English). Do we need to attest the English PoA from any department or do we need to translate it into Arabic? Please help/suggest how to get a court order. Thanks

Terminating an employee due to a conversation illegally recorded
Q: Dear sir/madam, I was working with a free zone company in Dubai and they terminated me based on an illegal record submitted by a customer within an hour by giving me one month`s notice. However, when I informed them that my contract states that termination is not before less than 3 months` notice, HR started threatening me with confidentiality and article 120, etc. I need help to get my money because HR initially didn`t see my contract and later when they checked after my email, they are trying to save their bosses money. If I go with a case, can they add more accusations based on their claim? Or will the case be based on the termination letter which was handed out without any warning ever? Please guide! How to cancel a trade license when the agent asks for money?
Q: Hi there, I made a trade license in Ajman. It was issued on 12 February 2020 and then the next month lockdown happened. Q: Dear sir/madam, My father recently passed away in India and we would like to obtain a succession certificate in order to have his funds released from a Dubai-based bank. My mother and my 2 siblings are UK nationals living in the UK.
