How to deal with manager's harassment?

Q: Good morning, I am working in Dubai. My manager is always harassing me by using slang. Yesterday, my manager didn`t allow me to work and told me that no need to come to work. He is not allowing me to enter my workplace. I asked him to give me it in writing. Today also he is not allowing me to work. What should I do now? If it is like this, then I don`t want to work here. I am on a limited contract for 2 years. What should I do now?

Can the employee resign during the probation period with giving a notice?

Q: Hello. I am working in Dubai free zone, an outsourcing city for the last 3 months. I`m still on probation as our probation period is of 6 months. I`ve got my Emirates ID. All the cost of the visa and ticket from Pakistan to Dubai was borne by my employer. Now I want to resign from this job as I have got a job in another mainland company in Dubai. So can I resign from there without paying any penalty or giving any notice to the company and join the new company? It was written on our contract that "either party can terminate the contract without giving any notice during probation". Please guide me. Regards.

Q: Hi, I hope someone can give clarity to my situation. My tenancy contract in Sharjah expired last Feb 2022 but we were unable to renew due to financial difficulties. We stayed in the same flat and in Aug, we received a notice from Sharjah Municipality regarding a case filed against me for non-payment of rent. We went to the real estate office, paid a certain amount of what we had, and they assured us we can continue to stay in the flat so long as we pay the full amount by Dec. After a month, Municipality came and evicted us from the flat. We submitted a request and we were granted by the judge 1 week to take our things and move out. My question is since I already have an existing rental dispute case but I don`t have a current contract, how can I cancel our SEWA connection after moving out? I understand that the case will continue to be active until I pay in full the amount stated in the dispute case, but will I be able to cancel my existing SEWA connection in this situation? Please help!

Carrying prohibited drugs necessary for a child while travelng to the UAE

Q: Dear sir/madam, I will be traveling to the UAE on a visit visa with my family. My 3-year-old child gets seizures when he has a fever and so we need to keep two drugs with us at all times which are Clobazam and Midazolam which appears to be on the scheduled 1v of prohibited drugs list which probably means I can`t bring the meds with us. However, as you can guess, we cannot go without the meds as they are anti-seizure so please advise if we can carry them with a prescription.

How to claim my end of service benefits from the employer and remove absconding?

Q: Dear Sir, I am staying in Ras Al Khaimah. My employer had imposed absconding on me. After that, I approached MOHRE to get my salary dues and made a mutual settlement with my employer. As part of the settlement, I have received 25% of my settlement money, and the remaining 75% balance was agreed to be paid at a later stage. During the absconding removal process, my employer imposed on me 1-year labor ban. Please suggest to me how can I get my settlement balance fund.
