My salary was reduced in the middle of the month, does it apply to the whole month?
Q: My salary changed in the middle of the month, it was reduced from 10k to 6k. My question is how they should calculate my salary. 10k for 10 days and 20 days for 6k, right? But my company is saying they will be calculating it in 6k for the whole month as per their company policy.

Can I negotiate with the bank to reduce the installments of a loan to continue paying?
Q: Dear Sir, I have an outstanding loan and I have left KSA because I lost my job 2 years ago. The bank has used a legal firm in Dubai to contact me. Since I`m jobless for 2 years, I cannot afford to make payments. Can I pay with the new payment schedule, with a lower installment that I can afford? I think if we continue to make payments (any amount) the legal team has no right to block me from entering KSA in the future. Please advise.

The real estate agent is asking for a 26% increase. What to do?
Q: Dear sir/madam, The real estate agent representing the landlord sent me an email 88 days before the end of the contract asking for a 26% increase (from 56k to 70k). I refused and then they offered me 61k and I refused again. Now (55 days before the end of the contract), they have sent me a valuation certificate that states 70k as they wanted. How many times can the company appeal a labor court judgment?
Q: I am an employee of a mainland company in Dubai. I won a partial labor case of AED 145,000 then the company submitted an appeal and got rejected by the court. I got the final judgment and filed labor execution. The court sent a notice of 15 days which has passed and my company filed a petition to review the labor for my main case, and in the last hearing, the court asked me to reply which I will submit. My question is: how many times can the company appeal like this? And what are the chances this petition court will reject as well and follow the last 2 judgments issued by the court?
