Compensation claim for termination after probation completion
Dear Sir/Madam,
My employer terminated my contract after completing the probation period, and they served me a 1 month's notice period.
Am I entitled to receive any compensation?

Hi,
Pursuant to your query, since your employer served you 1 month's notice period, you will be entitled only to a 1-month salary and if your contract mentions a repatriation flight, you can ask for that as well.
