How to lift an immigration ban after being reported as absconding by employer

Q: Good morning, My travel company in Abu Dhabi reported me as absconding after I overstayed for two weeks. I was unable to pay the absconding penalty of 4,500, so I took an outpass and went home. Now, if I have a local employer, is it possible for my immigration ban to be lifted and my entry visa to be approved if I apply for a maid visa? Thanks!

Can a school give parents the personal mobile numbers of teachers?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I am a teacher at a school in Dubai. Can my employer, the school, provide my personal mobile number to parents? I am employed by the school, and the school has my phone number. But the school is forcing teachers to provide our personal numbers to ALL parents. The parents are provided with teachers` school email addresses and educational platforms to message the teachers with any questions, but because the parents are lazy to email or learn how to use the platforms for messaging, the school is forcing us to provide our mobile numbers to parents. Is it legally allowed for the school to force teachers to provide their personal phone numbers to ALL parents, who do not respect the teachers` privacy and message/call at non-working hours? And then the school expects teachers to respond during non-working hours and weekends. MOST teachers do not want to provide their personal phone numbers. What does UAE law state regarding this and what can we do?

How to cancel the license of a debted company and renew the visa of the managing partner?

Q: My dad was a manager of a trade license that has expired and has 2 legal financial claims on the company trade license. There is a rental case for an apartment for AED 75,000 and warehouse unpaid dues for AED 95,000. The verdicts issued in both cases asked for eviction and financial claims. The eviction part was honoured by my dad but not the financial claim. My dad`s business is not making any money and is unable to pay any of these claims. Also, since the trade license has expired, I have come to know that his visa has expired and he is on overstay. I want to help solve this, but I do not know where to start. Should he declare insolvency? Can I be able to sponsor my dad after clearing my visa dues? Is there a possibility to reduce the financial claims due to lack of money in the business or personal assets? As per my dad`s trade license, his part of the shares is 49%. Can I file and appeal against a case for approving the right to increase rent by my landlord?

Q: Hi there, 1. The landlord requested a 10% increase in rent upon renewal. 2. The RERA calculator does not allow an increase. 3. Offer and Deposit carried out by us. 5. The decision was ruled in our favor with renewal at current rental rates. 6. The landlord carried out a Rental Evaluation and filed a case against us. 7. UAE visa sponsor demands money for NOC: What can I do?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, My employer is harassing me. I came from Pakistan to the UAE for a computer operator job through a Pakistani agency paying 6.5 lakh PKR, but my sponsor has no company in the UAE; it is only for visas.
