Can I go on vacation even though I have already resigned from my employer and my visa is not yet canceled?

You should not go on vacation if you have already resigned, but your UAE employment visa is not yet cancelled.
Legally, your employer must cancel your visa after resignation. If you leave the country before cancellation, your employer could report you as absconding, which may lead to legal issues or a travel ban.
Always ensure your visa is cancelled and you have received your cancellation papers before travelling.
Once you resign, your residency visa, which is tied to your employment, will be in the process of cancellation.
Until the cancellation is complete, your legal status in the UAE is still that of a resident under that employer's sponsorship. So, there won't be any restrictions on going on vacation during this time.
