Yes, you can file a divorce case if your husband has left you and is not living with you anymore.

There are some legal procedures to be taken to make sure you and the court attempt to acknowledge him with the divorce case to all possible locations and means that he is properly acknowledged.

Afterwards, the case moves on and you get the divorce in the UAE.
