Traveling abroad while there is a pending personal status case
If a person has a case against him under personal status which is filed in Dubai court, can he still travel outside the UAE?
E.g. going on vacations, holidays, etc.

A person can visit another country for any reason while he has an ongoing family case, however, we advise him to appoint a lawyer to carry out all the work and procedures while he is away.
And we do not advise to travel if he is expecting a ruling against him (for example a judgment ordering him to pay some money to his wife for any legal right she has) as he could be surprised by an arrest once he arrives back to the UAE airports.

If there is no travel ban in this case, then you can travel.
We can check if you have any ban, it will cost 290 USD.
