Possibility of a divorce and custody case after leaving the UAE

My visa was cancelled since my contract has ended and I'm outside the UAE.

My wife is still in the UAE with an independent visa, but my daughter's visa is cancelled as well.

She refuses to come with me back home. So my question is, can she file a divorce case in front of the UAE court.

Second question, can she keep my daughter with her, since we are all Jordanian and I'm in Jordan now?

No, she cannot file the case in the UAE.

Regarding your daughter, her mother can certainly keep her but you can file a case in Jordan for getting your daughter back.
