You have means of enforcing a refund should you lose the money for whatever reason, and that the product delivered is either not to your liking or never arrives.

Based on this, the only solution is to insist on a cash-on-delivery payment.

If the sender is in the USA, then your only recourse in a case of a dispute is to take legal action in the USA.

Your UAE contract has no binding power on the USA arrangement.
