Purchasing online
I bought some equipment online and made the payment online as well, however, the quality of the shipment is not as per the standard and is very poor. I have been sending them several emails with no reply.
How can I get my money back or how can I pursue them?

To be able to advise you properly, I need to know which site you purchased from and its terms and conditions. There are some sites you can report your complaint online and some sites you can report your complaint to consumer protection department in Dubai.
