Getting refund for a purchased property after cancellation of project

Hi

I bought a property in 2007 at [------] residence by [------] group. It was cancelled on the RERA website.

I wanted to know if I can get a settlement and where can I get an update on the cancelled project.

Thanks and regards

Good evening Sir

Thank you for your trust in us.

Regarding the cancelled projects of the Government of Dubai, first, we can see if the project is among the projects cancelled by Dubai Courts.

If there is an existing issue, you must register your name and state the amounts paid by you within that case until you are included in the settlement.

We can help you with all this.

Dear questioner,

Good afternoon.

Thanks for contacting online.

If a project is seen to be cancelled in the RERA website, you can check the details of which from the concerned land department.

Or else, you can send a legal notice to this particular residence group either claiming for settlement or for returning the amount due to you.

Please feel free to contact me at 0556635526 or WhatsApp me at 0508575526 if you need any further assistance or clarification on this.

Regards,

Anitha Rajeev
