How to claim the remaining amounts unpaid by a company after delivery of goods

3
Q: Our company (Ajman Freezone) has delivered goods to a company in Mainland Dubai.
The payment terms agreed on 30% on order confirmation and 70% on delivery of goods to the warehouse in Dubai.
The customer paid 30% on the order confirmation and failed to settle the 70% on delivery of the goods to their warehouse. Upon confronting the customer that he failed to comply with the payment terms, he asked to pay in installments.
We agreed on five monthly installments and the customer confirmed the date and amount of the payments via email.
Oct 2020, November 2020, December 2020, January 2021 and February 2021.
He failed to pay December 2020, January 2021 and February 2021.
Since then he has been avoiding us, and only when we keep pressuring him, he pays small amounts, which are not equal to the monthly installments agreed upon.
The installments were confirmed, but not handed over as PDC.
Kindly advise what can be done in this case and if it is feasible to go to court.

How to claim money back from a client company if both our companies are closed?

1
Q: A company owes my company around AED 80,000. We filed a case and got a favorable judgment.
We have filed for execution of judgment. However, it has been almost 2 years and we have not yet received the payment.
The other company has stopped its operations but the Owner and Manager who is Emirati are still in Dubai.
- Will I get my money if the other company has stopped operations?
They have closed their office but they have not closed their license.
- Unfortunately, I have to shut down my company. If I close the company, can I still encash a cheque received in the company's name?
Is there any way to inform the court that if money is received, I can receive it in my account instead of my company?

Our internal contract has a notice period of 3 months from both parties. In the new labor implementation, only one month's notice is required for less than 5 years of service.
Please advise if we can follow our internal contract since the position is very curtailed and the organization will not be able to replace the position within one month.

Filing a case against husband by a non-Muslim wife for adultery 0
I am a non-Muslim Indian woman. I discovered that my husband is having an affair with another woman. I know it is a criminal offense in the UAE and I want to know about the punishment for such an offense.
I would also like to know what kind of evidence is required to file a criminal case?
We both share the same laptop at home and the screen was not clear so I took a backup of the pictures where I have my marriage pictures and also my daughter's pictures. In that, I have found an adultery video of my husband with a woman, close pictures, and some messages.
Once I spoke to him about it, he broke the laptop but I have those pictures with me.
Please help me!

Ensuring that the employee will not approach the clients after leaving 0
I have a small company of 4 people. One of my oldest staff who has worked for 11 years is leaving. He handles 80% of my clients and work.
Without proof, I know he is going to open his firm. I don't want to harm him but I want to secure my clients. Is it legally okay for me to make him sign a contract that he cannot approach my clients in the near future?
If yes, then what will be the procedure?
Do I have to go to the notary to make this contract valid?
