Do we have to provide a flight ticket to the employee if we terminate him for bad performance?

Hello,

The company terminated the employee for poor performance. He claims the repatriation tickets.

Questions:

1) Shall we cover the cost of repatriation?

Because as per Article 13 (12), if the termination is for a cause, the employee is not eligible for repatriation tickets.

2) If we have to pay, during which period of time we need to provide tickets?

In answer to your question, your employee does not have the right since the reason for dismissal was performance-related.
