Is the employee entitled to benefits and ticket in case of termination during probation?

Hello Sir,

I have an issue and that is my company terminated me within the probation period by article 44 without any notice.

I just wanna know if there are any benefits because of termination. Did they have to give me a ticket to my country or a salary of half month?

Because they do not agree to give anything nor ticket nor half month salary.

Have you finished the probationary period?

Not yet, I just worked there for 1 month and 10 days.

After that, they terminated me without any notice by article 44.

Unfortunately, they have the right to terminate your work at any time during the trial period without paying compensation.

Alright, and what if I want to go back to my country?

Do they have to give me a ticket or not?

Yes, you have the right to a ticket and to get your passport back.

Alright, thank you for your service Sir, I appreciate that.

But they do not agree to give me a ticket.

What can I do now? Any advice, please?

Nothing is to be paid if termination is in the probation period.

And Sir, if I want to go back to my country, what about the ticket?

Should they give me one or not?

Yes, you should get it.
