Gratuity is typically calculated based on the years of service with the company.

In this case, your total length of service is less than one year, and you have completed your notice period.

In many countries or companies, you may not be eligible for gratuity if you have not completed a minimum period of service (often one year).

However, it is advisable to check with your company's HR department or refer to the company's policies to confirm whether you are eligible for gratuity in this scenario.
