Questions & Answers
How can I check if banks filed cases against me before settling with them?
Hi!
I have been planning to visit the UAE this month; however, I am worried that a civil case may have been filed against me, resulting in a travel ban.
I haven't been paying my personal loan and two credit cards for almost a year now.
I have talked to the banks and made a settlement with them, but I want to know if they filed a case against me before all the settlements were made.
Thanks!
