As I understand this particular individual owes you AED 300,000/-, however, do you have any agreement? contract? any mail or Whatsapp conversation which covers this acceptance of debt by the individual?

If yes, then you have a good case for recovering the dues.

You have mentioned that his cheque has bounced, have you taken any steps to report this to the police?

I recommend that you should immediately lodge a criminal complaint on this and parallelly lodge a civil case to recover the dues.

The criminal case may lead to fines or imprisonment, but it will not get your dues. Only a civil case judgement will result in full payment of dues along with interest.
