الحرمان من العمل ودفع تكاليف التأشيرة عند الاستقالة
أعمل ممرضة. انضممت للعمل بتاريخ 20 يونيو 2018، وسأستقيل في 24 ديسمبر 2018 (خدمت فترة الإخطار مدتها شهر الشهر الماضي). عقدي غير محدد المدة.
تطلب الشركة مني رد تكاليف التأشيرة ... إلخ. هل هذا الأمر قانوني؟ وهل سيفرض علي حرمان تلقائي من العمل؟

If you have a visa and if you did not complete one year of service, an automatic six months or one-year labour ban may be imposed by the Ministry of Labour upon request by your employer.
No employment visa shall be issued to you until the period of the ban is completed.
Recovering the costs of visa is not permitted and you may refuse the same.
