Paying visa costs in case of early termination of limited term labor contract

Dear questioner,

Please note that under the UAE Labor Law, an employee may opt for early termination of his limited-term labor contract that will be subject to “early termination compensation” of a minimum of Forty-Five (45) days salary, including allowances, (or the remainder of the term of the contract if the period remaining is less than three months).

If an employee seeks to terminate and in case the employer seeks to terminate the limited-term labor contract that the employer may have to pay salary plus allowances that are equal to three months.
